I am a passionate leader with over 15 years in program management, strategic development, and partnerships. Currently, as Head of Water at the Swarovski Foundation, I lead the Foundation’s global water initiatives, including strategy development, funding coordination, and stakeholder engagement, while ensuring alignment with governance standards. Previously, I led Waterschool, a WASH program for children, building partnerships with 13 NGOs in 8 countries, developing educational curricula, and co-producing the WATERSCHOOL documentary on Netflix. My background spans corporate sponsorship, NGO collaborations, and event management, with a strong focus on sustainability, governance, and cross-sector collaboration. Outside of work, I am passionate about nature, sports and techno music.
